Substantial improvements to documentation.  In the process of adding documentation I identified to worst aspects of the code and have tried to make things better... so that I don't have to document the rough spots.  Most importantly, I've finally got microstrip and stripline components rotating properly from TinyCAD into PADS Layout.  It wasn't too bad, I've just had higher priorities.

Waiting on a few more comments from beta testing, hope to make this public soon.
