I've improved the genetic algorithm, adding multiple selection techniques for crossover.  I have also added group delay calculations which can be used in goals for the optimizers, or used in the plot tool.  In both cases, adding "gd" to the S-Parameter results in the appropriate group delay (e.g., the formula "S_2_1gd * 1e9" results in the group delay in nanoseconds).
