Hidden File Cabinet

These are files which have not been (or will not be) folded into the installer packages or the main download pages.  These are files not for new users (perhaps too detailed information, too confusing), but accessible to the general public. 

Sorry hidden isn't more like an Easter Egg... just avoiding confusion with the average user.
